03.01.08 - Team 1444 wins second at St. Louis Regional
Team 1444 made it all the way to the final round and placed second at the St. Louis Regional.

02.19.08 - Robot Completed and Shipped!
The Robot has been completed, and is ready to be used at competion. At 7:30 AM the robot was shipped from the workshop to be stored until the St. Louis Regional. We look forward to competing on February 29-March 1.

02.04.08- Build Season Update
The 2008 build season is quickly passing with only fourteen days left to finish the robot. The team is working quickly to finish the robot before the shipdate. Our frame has nearly been completed, and arm designs are being built for the robot.

01.07.08 - Team 1444 Attends St. Louis Kickoff
Team 1444 attended the 2008 St. Louis Kickoff, at the St. Louis Science Center on January 5, 2008. The kickoff was held in the planetarium on the north side of the science center property. At the kickoff, the team had the chance to view a full scale model of the structure that will sit inside the playing field during the event. At nine AM, the telecast was shown on the NASA television channel. The game for the 2008 robotics season was revealed titled "overdrive".
